Customers are encountering an error when attempting to log in to the UAT environment, receiving a message indicating that an unknown error occurred. The error code provided is 1, along with an activity ID.
 

Reason:
This appears to be related to a timeout problem that occurred during the login process. Additionally, it has been noted that the environment may require new ISV licenses to be applied after changes to the administrator.
 

Resolution:

  • Confirm if this occurred after resetting the Admin user.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be related to the Admin reset, apply a new ISV license with the new domain name. The environment will show as 'Deployed', but it will remain offline until the new licenses are applied.
  • Monitor the environment closely for any further issues and report them as necessary.
