What’s happening?
When applying split payments with multiple cards on Pay by link, only the first card details are applied on the receipt, making it impossible to view the payment details of all the cards used as a payment method.
Reason:
The fields "Card type" and "Card number partially hidden" are located in the header of the receipt, which only displays the data of the first card and not the rest. It is not possible to show the data for multiple cards in the header.
Resolution:
- It has been suggested to use the "Card tender details" field located in the footer of the receipt, as this field can display data by payment method.
- Validate if adding the "Card tender details" field to the receipt resolves the issue of displaying multiple card details.
