What’s happening?
The Time Entries grid in Dynamics 365 intermittently clears data after prolonged idle periods when using a shared browser profile. 

Reason:
The root cause was identified as session conflicts caused by connecting to an environment using an external account within the same browser profile as other resources. This can lead to session validation or authentication flow issues, resulting in the clearing of data in the Time Entries grid.

Resolution:
For users managing multiple accounts or tenants in Dynamics 365, it is recommended to use separate browser profiles for each account to prevent session conflicts.
