What’s happening?
The website is showing as expired even though there are remaining days on the environment trial period.
Reason:
The expiration dates for environments and portals are set separately. When a trial is extended, it does not automatically extend the portal expiration date, which remains as originally set.
Resolution:
- Verify if the trial being used was created on the specified date.
- Confirm if there was a previous request to extend the trial.
- If the website configuration is still stored, provision the website again using the same settings to restore the previous website.
