What’s happening?
Customers are seeking to retrieve the last login details of users in Azure AD B2C and Power Apps, as well as generate reports based on user login sessions.


Reason:
The feature for checking login history directly in Dynamics 365 has been deprecated. Currently, login records can only be accessed through Azure AD sign-in logs or Power Platform Admin settings.


Resolution:
To check the last login details and generate reports based on user login sessions, follow these steps:
For Azure AD B2C:

  1. Navigate to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com/.
  2. Search for "Entra ID" and select it.
  3. Click on "Manage" → "Users."
  4. Select the user you want to check.
  5. Click on "Sign-in logs" to view the login history details.
For Power Apps:
  1. Go to the Power Platform Admin Center.
  2. Open your environment and select "Settings."
  3. Under "Audit and logs," open "Audit summary view."
  4. Enable the filter in the Event column and filter for "User Access." You will see all users who have logged into your application.
For Downloading Login Records:
  1. In the Power Platform Admin Center, navigate to "Resources" → "Capacity."
  2. Select "Download reports" and choose "Portal logins" to submit and download the report.
