What’s happening?
Embedded Forms are not properly displayed on iOS devices, causing functionality issues for users attempting to interact with forms on power pages.
Reason:
This arises when the embedded forms are restricted only to users from the tenant, combined with cross-site tracking restrictions that block authentication through iframes.
Resolution:
- Remove the restriction that limits the forms to users from the tenant, as the power page is already secured behind a login.
- Ensure that the cross-site tracking option is deactivated on iOS devices to allow proper display and functionality of the embedded forms.
