What’s happening?
The portal has expired in both production and UAT environments, and the user is unable to re-create the portal using existing data due to changes in the user interface.


Reason:
The user may not have the required roles and permissions in Microsoft Power Platform, or website creation may be disabled in the tenant.


Resolution:
Ensure the following pre-requisites are met:

  1. A user account with Write Access Mode.
  2. System Administrator role.
  3. Permissions to register an app in Azure AD.
  4. If website creation is disabled in the tenant, the user will need at least one of the following roles to create a website: Global Administrator, Dynamics 365 Administrator, or Power Platform Administrator.
Reset the expired portal and retry provisioning with the required privileges.
If issues persist, consider updating the Dynamics 365 instance for the Power Platform site.
