What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing difficulties in displaying specific SharePoint files on their Power Pages sites.


Reason:
To display SharePoint files on Power Pages, SharePoint integration must be enabled for the specific Power Pages site.


Resolution:

  1. Access the Power Platform admin center as a global administrator.
  2. Select the relevant Power Pages site from the resources.
  3. Enable SharePoint integration:
  4. In the site information page, locate the "Services" section.
  5. Set the "SharePoint Integration" control to "Yes" and confirm the action by selecting "Enable."
  6. Enable document management for the necessary tables to allow saving related documents to SharePoint.
  7. Configure the appropriate Dataverse forms by adding a subgrid component that can manipulate related documents.
  8. Ensure that the integration is only enabled for specific projects to avoid affecting others.
