What’s happening?
The Search Resource Availability API in Power Automate is not returning expected results, resulting in either a blank payload, an error, or an errored payload containing Organization entity records instead of TimeSlots or Resources.
Reason:
This can be caused by a resource with a corrupted ID.
Resolution:
- From the Resource Scheduling app, browse to Settings > Administration > Scheduling Parameters
- Click Health Diagnostics from the command bar
- From the new window that opens, click Run diagnostics. If any corrupted IDs are found, click Apply to fix them.
