What’s happening?
The Search Resource Availability API in Power Automate is not returning expected results, resulting in either a blank payload, an error, or an errored payload containing Organization entity records instead of TimeSlots or Resources. 


Reason:
This can be caused by a resource with a corrupted ID. 


Resolution:

  1. From the Resource Scheduling app, browse to Settings > Administration > Scheduling Parameters
  2. Click Health Diagnostics from the command bar 
  3. From the new window that opens, click Run diagnostics. If any corrupted IDs are found, click Apply to fix them.
