What’s happening?
Customers want to remove the delete button from the calendar pop-up in the scheduling application.
Reason:
This is a system limitation; the calendar is a built-in component, and the source code cannot be edited to change or remove any buttons.
Resolution:
- It was confirmed that the delete button cannot be removed if the user does not have the delete Bookable Resource privilege.
- The built-in Microsoft component cannot be edited, and therefore, removing the delete button is not possible.
- An idea has been raised for customer demand regarding this feature.
