What’s happening?
Users encounter errors when executing Power Automate flows, specifically related to token failures. Common error messages include "Flow.Run() token failure error"
Reason:
A refresh token will expire if it remains unused for three months, leading to unauthorized access errors when attempting to execute flows.
Resolution:
- Infrequent users should refresh their connection to the Power Automate flow to ensure that the access token is valid. This can be done by re-authenticating the connection in the Power Automate settings.
- Monitor the flow execution after refreshing the connection to check if the error reoccurs.
