What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing the Copilot sort and filter preview appearing on their app screens while running their applications, which they do not want.


Reason:
The Copilot feature is enabled by default in Power Apps, and customers may not have the necessary permissions to disable it through standard settings.


Resolution:

  1. Disable Copilot in Power Platform Admin Center:
  2. Log in to the Power Platform admin center.
  3. Navigate to the settings where you can disable the Copilot (preview) feature for your organization.
  4. Turn Off Copilot Preview in Windows 11:
  5. Open the Settings app.
  6. Go to Personalization.
  7. Navigate to Taskbar.
  8. Locate Copilot Preview and toggle it off.
  9. PowerShell Command:
  10. If the above methods are not applicable due to security restrictions, use the PowerShell command provided by the support team to disable the feature.
  11. Await Product Team Updates:
  12. The product team is working on making the setting to disable the feature accessible in the Power Platform Admin Center. Customers should be informed of any updates regarding the rollout of this feature.

  14. If the issue persists after attempting the above steps, customers should reach out to support for further assistance.
