When the work hours of a resource are configured in Dynamics 365 Field Service, the dispatcher is still able to schedule bookings that exceed the normal work hours.

When the work hours of a resource are configured in Dynamics 365 Field Service, the dispatcher is still able to schedule bookings that exceed the normal work hours.
Reason:
This is expected behavior.
Resolution:
When booking directly from the schedule board, the booking is handled manually and bypasses the working hours restriction, allowing resources to be booked outside their defined work hours.
