What’s happening?
Customers may experience issues accessing applications, including scenarios where an application appears to be deleted or where users receive incorrect messages about their membership in environment security groups.


Reason:

  • An application may be unintentionally unshared from a user's account when it is unshared from all users.
  • Users may receive messages indicating they are not members of the environment's security group despite being explicitly added.

 

Resolution:
  • For cases where an application is lost after unsharing, verify the sharing settings and attempt to restore the application if possible.
  • For users unable to access an application due to incorrect security group messages, clear the cache and attempt to access the application again.
