What’s happening?
The customer is unable to read comments from PowerPoint files using a custom agent. In contrast, comments in Word files can be accessed without issues.
Reason:
It has been confirmed that the ability for PowerPoint files with comments as a knowledge source is not currently supported for agents with Generative AI. This is considered a design limitation, and the feature is still in development.
Resolution:
- This is a known limitation and comments in PowerPoint files are not supported for use with custom agent at this time.
