What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the generative response system only displays a limited number of options when querying items with multiple eligible options. Specifically, when asking about an item with six eligible options, only five options are returned.
 

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the LLMs ability to formulate the accurate response.
 

Resolution:

  1. Confirm the number of eligible options in the queried item. If the item has six eligible options, the system is expected to return only five.
  2. Verify if the issue persists when querying items with five or fewer eligible options. It has been noted that when there are five or fewer options, all options are displayed correctly.
  3. If the issue continues, request the customer to provide a screenshot of the error and the specific file type being used (PDF) that is stored on SharePoint.
  4. Instruct the customer to use the command "/debug conversationid" to obtain the Conversation ID for further investigation.
  5. If the problem cannot be replicated in the support environment, inform the customer that additional adjustments may be needed to provide a solution.
