What’s happening?
This only happens in Customer Service Workspace app. Open a Custom Page in a dialog. Navigate to a different session tab in the app. Navigate back. The dialog remains open. Changes made in the Custom page are lost.
Reason:
Custom pages are not supported in Customer Service Workspace. When navigating to a different tab, the custom page state isn't preserved. Consequently, when the user returns to the original tab, the dialog remains open but the custom page contents are not restored.
Resolution:
- Don't use Custom pages in Customer Service Workspace. If you must, warn users before navigating that changes made might be lost.
