What’s happening?
Users are encountering issues in the POS where an invoiced line keeps attempting to return in a Sales Order.
 
Reason:
This with the invoiced line arises when a user attempts to return an item that has already been invoiced. The system continues to prompt for a chargeback even if it has been processed previously.
 
Resolution:
Disable the feature "Edit partially fulfilled orders in Point of Sale." However, note that this will prevent cashiers from editing any partially fulfilled orders.
