What’s happening?
The product category image is not showing for a specific category in the category browsing section.
Reason:
This may be related to the presence of special characters in the file name of the category image.
Resolution:
- Remove any special characters from the file name of the category image.
- Reupload the image with the corrected file name.
- Publish the channel update.
- Run the distribution schedule to ensure the changes are propagated.
