What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with operating units being incorrectly configured as business units instead of retail channels, leading to problems with store assortments and fulfillment groups not linking correctly.


Reason:
The operating unit was created with the wrong type, resulting in discrepancies in the configuration of delivery modes and assortments. Additionally, duplicate operating unit numbers may exist, causing further complications in the system.


Resolution:

  • Create a new operating unit with the correct name and link all assortments to this newly created unit. This is the fastest method to ensure operational continuity.
