This involves confirming whether the "Invitation Status" changing to "Invitation Accepted" indicates that a user has logged into the system for the first time.
Reason:
The underlying cause is related to the behavior of the "Invitation Status" field in the User entity within the system. It has been observed that for new internal users, the "Invitation Status" may not change to "Invitation Accepted" after their first login, but instead remains as "Invitation Not Sent." This behavior is dependent on the processing of the invitation link.
Resolution:
- Conduct experiments to check the changes in the "Invitation Status" field.
- Confirm that the "Invitation Status" will only change to "Invitation Accepted" if the external user clicks the invitation link within a specified timeframe and accepts the invitation.
- If the status remains "Invitation Not Sent," it indicates that the user did not receive the invitation link before logging into the environment.
