What’s happening?
Customers are unable to submit support requests for Dynamics despite having an admin relationship and the necessary roles assigned.
Reason:
This is due to an unsupported conditional access policy on the customer tenant, which is blocking the CSP (delegated admin) user.
Resolution:
- Verify that the user attempting to submit the support request exists in the customer tenant.
- Ensure that the user is added as an external user in the tenant.
- Confirm that the user has the appropriate roles, including the Service Support Administrator role.
- If this persists, check if the conditional access policy set by the customer blocks all external access, including CSP's access.
