What’s happening?
The customer is unable to open or create workflows in a specific environment, receiving an error message indicating that the entity with a name = 'none' was not found in the Metadata. Other environments are not affected by this.
Reason:
This is a known issue that the development team is currently addressing, but no specific estimated time of arrival (ETA) for a fix has been provided.
Resolution:
To work around this, follow these steps:
1. Go to your specific environment.
2. Click on "Processes."
3. Click on the regarding name from your recent record.
4. The previous step will take you to the main record. From there, click on "Related" -> "Background."
5. Click on the most recent workflow execution.
6. In the form, change from "New Bulk Pause Job Form" to "Information" (ensure that you don’t close this form).
7. Return to your workflow and click on the process session name from the previous record.
After following these steps, the user should be able to open and create workflows successfully. If this persists, it is recommended to use Power Apps to access modern flows as a temporary solution.
