What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing delays when uploading PDF files, with upload times taking significantly longer than expected.
Reason:
The delays in uploading attachments may be attributed to network latency, server performance, or configuration settings that need to be addressed.
Resolution:
- The SizeLimit setting was adjusted to the maximum allowed for PowerApps, which is 50MB.
- After making this change, multiple files were tested for upload, and they were successfully uploaded within 50 seconds.
- It is recommended to monitor the situation and inform support if this persists. If the upload time significantly exceeds the expected range of 1-2 minutes under optimal conditions, further investigation may be required.
