Reason:
The underlying cause of this may relate to browser settings, local data storage restrictions, or potential service disruptions affecting the Power Apps platform.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the browser being used is up to date.
- Try accessing Power Apps Studio using the browser's InPrivate, Incognito, or Guest mode.
- Attempt to access the service using a different supported browser.
- Disable all browser extensions and add-ons that may interfere with the application.
- If this persists, refresh the app site and check if the problem continues.
- For further troubleshooting, refer to the known issues page: Power Platform Known Issues.
- If applicable, follow the steps to enable third-party storage in the browser settings to avoid local data storage issues. For Chrome, disable the flag at chrome://flags/#third-party-storage-partitioning, and for Edge, disable the flag at edge://flags/#third-party-storage-partitioning.
- Use the App Monitor to log key activities and identify any errors or performance issues during app execution.
