What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with Azure B2C configuration, resulting in error messages when attempting to access their applications.
Reason:
The underlying causes of this include misconfigurations in the Azure B2C setup, particularly related to custom CNAME records and URL redirections.
Resolution:
- For issues related to invalid responses from the content server, ensure that the Azure B2C setup is correctly configured by following the documentation titled "Set up an OpenID Connect provider with Azure AD B2C" from Microsoft.
- Verify that custom claims are enabled as per the guidelines in the "Claims customization - Microsoft identity platform" document from Microsoft.
