What’s happening?
Customers are unable to view the Power Pages analytics feature in the Power Platform admin center and do not see a download option for the analytics data.


Reason:

  • The Power Pages analytics feature may not be available in certain environments, such as GCC, as it is currently a preview feature on a staggered rollout.
  • Users may not be aware of how to access the export/download options for the analytics data.
Resolution:
  1. To view the Power Pages analytics, sign in to the Power Platform admin center.
  2. On the left pane, select Manage, then Power Pages, and finally Analytics (preview).
  3. If the analytics feature is not visible, it may be due to the feature not being rolled out in your environment yet.
  4. For downloading analytics data, hover over the data screen in the Power Apps analytics dashboard. The More options (...) / ellipsis button will appear and then click Export data, allowing you to download the report.
