What’s happening?
The Copilot, The OC Virtual Assistant, does not load or respond on the demo site and when using the directline in the specified environment. No error is displayed, and web channel security is not enabled. Other environments do not experience this issue.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is identified as a known problem affecting the demo site, which does not occur in other environments where the same Copilot is published.
Resolution:
- Conducted troubleshooting and testing in Edge and Firefox in private browsers.
- Confirmed that the issue is recognized as a known issue.
- Followed up with an internal escalation to the product engineering team for further investigation.
- Scheduled a screen sharing session to gather more information and assist in resolving the issue.
- Awaited feedback from the product engineering team regarding the resolution of the issue.
