What’s happening?
Authentication process in the power pages portal redirects users to their preferred language instead of the language specified in the original URL.

Reason:
The observed behavior is confirmed as by design. The portal redirects the contact according to the "Preferred Language" set in their contact record.

Resolution:
To mitigate this, consider the following workaround:
- Create a new custom field, such as "PreferredCommunicationLanguage," on the contact table.
- Keep the "Preferred Language" field set to the desired default language (e.g., English).
- Create a custom flow to manage communications using the new field.
This approach allows the organization to maintain the preferred language for communications without affecting the language displayed in the portal.
