What’s happening?
During the UAT refresh, the Application ID from the production environment was copied to the UAT environment, causing the UAT portal to stop functioning.
 

Reason:
This occurred because the application user ID for the UAT portal was the same as that of the Production portal. This was identified after performing a full copy of the production environment to UAT.
 

Resolution:

  • To resolve this, a new application user was created using the UAT's application ID.
  • It is important to verify the specific steps taken during the UAT portal refresh to prevent this issue in the future. A full copy of the production environment should be confirmed to ensure that the Application User ID is not duplicated.
