What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing difficulties accessing legacy Dynamics settings, where the page continuously loads without completion. Additionally, some users report errors stating "This site can’t be reached" after converting to production.
Reason:
- For the legacy Dynamics settings, there is a known issue with the user details page in Advanced Settings that prevents it from loading properly.
- The site reachability error may be due to expired authentication keys, or configuration issues within the site.
- To access the legacy version of Dynamics settings, append ‘/main.aspx?settingsonly=true’ to the organization URL.
- As a workaround for the user details page issue, access the user profile through the Power Platform Admin Center.
- Ensure that the authentication key is not expired; if it is, renew the authentication key.
- Check that the Dataverse Organization is operational and not in administration mode.
- Confirm that the URL of the connected Microsoft Dataverse environment has not changed.
- Run a site checker to identify and address any configuration issues.
- Restart the portal to see if the issue resolves.
