What’s happening?
The customer is unable to locate the "SMS Service" form on the web page, which is not appearing in the menu.
Reason:
The form is missing from the designer studio, although it is visible on the portal site and is active in the power pages management app. There are no errors pointing to the webpage.
Resolution:
- Verify that the user has all the necessary roles required to view the page.
- Check if the associated page template and web template are present and active.
- If the page was deleted accidentally, attempt to restore it.
