What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with configuring reCAPTCHA on the local login and password reset pages of Power Pages.
Reason:
- The reCAPTCHA feature is currently only available on the registration page by design. To implement reCAPTCHA on the login and password reset screens, customers must use a third-party captcha solution and custom JavaScript.
Resolution:
For Configuring reCAPTCHA on Login and Password Reset:
- Open the Power Pages portal.
- Navigate to the Website section and select the appropriate settings.
- Create a new setting with the following values:
- Name: Authentication/Registration/CaptchaEnabled
- Value: True
- Description: Enables reCAPTCHA on the user registration page.
- Save and close the settings.
- For additional guidance, refer to the documentation on integrating Google reCAPTCHA in Power Pages.
