What’s happening?
Inconsistent behaviors are being seen between production and sandbox environments of Cloud for Healthcare.
Reason:
This can occur if Cloud for Healthcare solutions are at different builds between two environments. Here the production environment was running a higher version of the Healthcare FHIR Data Model compared to the UAT and other non-production environments, which had pending updates.
Resolution:
