What’s happening?
Medical and vision plans are terminating on the same day as the employee's termination instead of the configured end of the month for certain worker records.
Reason:
The system does not validate the configured benefits plan expiration for randomly terminated employees, leading to benefits terminating immediately upon employee termination.

Resolution:
When clicking on Terminate option from Human Resources> Workers> Employees or Workers> Work tab> Personnel actions group and confirm if Expire benefit coverage checkbox was toggled and the coverage end date set to the correct date before terminating the worker. If the coverage end date is set to the end of the month, ensure it is correctly applied.
