What’s happening?
Customers are unable to install the Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order application in the Power Platform Admin Center. The application is not listed or available for installation despite having the required licenses.
Reason:
This may arise due to the following reasons: - The application may only appear as a trial version in the Power Platform Admin Center. - There may be a delay in syncing the licenses with the Power Platform portal. - The required licenses for the application may not have been properly configured or assigned.
Resolution:
- Verify that the appropriate licenses for Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order have been added, including:
- Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Partner Demo license.
- Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Unlimited Site License (USL).
- Ensure that the tenant-level license for Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order is installed. This license allows installation in any environment within the tenant.
- If the application is still not visible, check if the licenses are syncing properly with the Power Platform Admin Center. This may take some time.
- If the application appears as a trial version, confirm with the license provider to ensure that the full version is available and that the trial can be converted to a production license.
- If installation fails, install the dual-write supply chain solution first, as it is a prerequisite for the Intelligent Order application.
- If issues persist, consider reaching out to the license provider for further assistance or to clarify the status of the licenses.
