The customer is attempting to delete a department but encounters an error stating that the department is used in one or more transactions and cannot be deleted.

The customer is attempting to delete a department but encounters an error stating that the department is used in one or more transactions and cannot be deleted.
Reason:
This is by design, as the department is linked to financial dimensions, preventing its deletion.
Resolution:
This is a known issue related to Financial dimensions handling. This happens when you try to remove a register of Departments table used to create automatically a financial dimension value.
The system prevents you to delete the financial dimension value either in order to maintain data integrity for reporting and auditing purposes.
