What’s happening?
The status of transactions in the fundraising application is stuck at "In Progress" even after successful processing through the payment gateway.
Reason:
This occurred due to insufficient permissions, which prevented the transaction from being processed correctly.
Resolution:
- Grant System Administrator permissions to the affected account.
- After updating the permissions, verify that the transaction status updates correctly from "In Progress" to the appropriate status.
