Once the performance review is created from scratch or from a template with included competencies, the competencies do not appear in the Ratings tab for weighting. This issue was functioning correctly until the previous week.

Once the performance review is created from scratch or from a template with included competencies, the competencies do not appear in the Ratings tab for weighting. This issue was functioning correctly until the previous week.
Reason:
This is a known issue in the application that was confirmed after a recent update.
Resolution:
This has been fixed in version 10.0.42 and a quality update for version 10.0.41. More details on build number of 10.0.41 version where it is fixed and additional details can be found at Details for issue 966520
