Upon converting a donor commitment to a donation, a transaction record is created, but the designated credit record is not generated.

Reason:
There was a missing mapping that was not automatically transferred over when deploying the system, affecting the relationship mapping from Donor Commitment to Transaction.

Resolution:
To resolve this of designated credit records not being created, manually add the necessary mapping to ensure that the primary designation fields are populated during the transaction creation process.
