What’s happening?
In the benefits management workspace, tiles/lists in the Activity fast tab (e.g., New Events - Not started, Events - In progress) do not clear as expected after the relevant action windows expire. Specifically, processed life events remain visible in the "In progress" list even after enrollments are confirmed.
Reason:
The behavior observed is expected as per the product design. The product team has confirmed that for life events to be considered closed and removed from the lists, the specific auto-update process must be enabled. Without it, life events will remain in the "In progress" list regardless of their processing status.
Resolution:
To ensure that life events and other information are updated and cleared properly from the lists, do following processes:
- Process enrollment eligibility
- Process life events
- Process life event changes
- Process life event eligibility
- Process rate changes
