This is related to the new forced installation option for the Planning Optimization engine, which applies to all customers who have enabled Master Planning.

Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps should be taken: 1. Install the Planning Optimization engine first. 2. After installation, proceed to disable and then re-enable the Master Planning parameter as needed. 3. If the deprecated master planning engine is required for specific features, submit a support ticket to enable it temporarily until Planning Optimization supports those features.
