What’s happening?
The Customer Insights application is in a suspended status, preventing the customer from utilizing the application effectively. This issue affects multiple instances of the application within the tenant.
Reason:
The application is suspended because the required Customer Insights license is missing or incorrectly set up on the tenant..
Resolution:
- Verify Your Current License: Verify the licenses currently associated with the Customer Insights applications. Ensure that the licenses are correctly listed as Customer Insights licenses.
- Go to the Microsoft Admin Center and navigate to Billing > Your Products.
- Check if your tenant has the new Dynamics 365 Customer Insights license.
2. If you're redeeming internal usage rights (IURs) through the Microsoft Partner Network subscription programs, follow the instructions to redeem your benefits, choose Dynamics 365 Marketing or Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and add the licenses to your tenant using the assigned promo codes from the Partner Center. Contact the partner to facilitate the transition of any outdated Dynamics 365 licenses to the new licensing model for Customer Insights. Refer to the "License Setup for Customer Insights" guide for details.
