What’s happening?
Vouchers posted through the Project Operations Integration Journal are not appearing in the ProjAdvancedJournalLine table, although they are visible in the Trial Balance.
Reason:
The underlying cause of the issue appears to be related to the synchronization of voucher transactions across multiple tables (Voucher Transactions, ProjAdvancedJournalLine, and ProjEmplTrans). It has been observed that while vouchers are valid in the Voucher Transaction table, they may sometimes be missing from the ProjAdvancedJournalLine and ProjEmplTrans tables.
Resolution:
Verify if the parameter "Enable validation to check if Activity Id is in closed state" is enabled in the Project management and accounting> Setup> Project management and accounting parameters> General tab. If this parameter is enabled, it may prevent transactions from syncing correctly.
