What’s happening?
The customer is unable to open the project grant transactions list, receiving an error message indicating that the "projgranttransactionslistpage could not be opened." This issue persists even after removing the "My view" setting, and it has been confirmed by another user experiencing the same error.
Reason:
The issue is related to Bug 953521, which affects the ability to open the projgranttransactionslistpage menu item when specific features are enabled.
Resolution:
This issue has already been fixed in different quality updates for D365 Finance version 10.0.39, 10.0.40 and 10.0.41. In the following link you can see the specific build numbers for every version: Details for issue 953521
In case it is not planned an upgrade to these version in the next days, turn off the feature "Enable subcontract actuals processing with Project Operations for resource-based scenario" from Feature management workspace prevents this issue to happen.
