What’s happening?
Customers are attempting to export tables from the Finance and Operations environment but are encountering a limitation of 1000 tables. They need to either remove some Dataverse tables to stay under this limit or have the limit increased.
Reason:
The limitation of 1000 tables is imposed by the Azure Synapse Link profile, which restricts the number of tables that can be selected for export.
Resolution:
- To address the table limit, customers can create an additional Azure Synapse Link profile that contains fewer than 1000 tables. This allows them to manage their data effectively and work around the current limitation.
- If customers are unable to remove tables from Dataverse, they should consider creating a new profile to add the necessary tables.
- If issues persist, customers are advised to try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Attempt to remove tables using Synapse Link Studio.
- Clear the browser cache.
- Enable a network trace from the Power Apps portal, try to remove a table, wait for any error to be displayed, stop the network trace, and send the trace via email for further assistance.
