What’s happening?
The customer is unable to retrieve relevant details while attempting to identify the action that was executed multiple times, which is causing bot failure using the process mining application.

Reason:
Possible causes include:

  • Insufficient permissions or access rights within the process mining application.
  • Configuration issues within the process mining application, preventing it from accurately capturing or displaying the necessary information.
  • Data collection or integration problems that affect the application's ability to gather or process the required data for analysis.

Resolution:
  1. To identify actions causing bot failure in process mining, the following steps can be taken:
  2. Utilize the Power Platform templates for process mining in Power Automate. These templates analyze the run history of flows created using robotic process automation (RPA) and provide insights into the performance and compliance of RPA workflows.
  3. Analyze the run history to identify potential issues, such as errors or inefficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Ensure that the process mining application has sufficient permissions to access the data or logs it needs to identify the repeated actions.
  5. Check for any recent changes to the bot's configuration or the environment that might have affected the process mining application's functionality.
  6. If issues persist, refer to the documentation for troubleshooting issues in the process mining capability.
