What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing difficulties with multiple accounts linked under a single username, specifically in accessing the correct account in Power Automate. The system defaults to an old, unlicensed account instead of the new, fully licensed one.
Reason:
This arises from the existence of two different tenants associated with the same username, where one tenant is unlicensed and the other is fully licensed. This can lead to confusion and difficulty in switching between accounts.
Resolution:
- The customer resolved this by removing the old alias associated with the unlicensed account. After this action, the correct flows appeared in Power Automate Desktop.
- If the problem persists, customers should confirm whether they still have access to the old tenant and consider deleting it if it is no longer needed. Additionally, they should check with their IT administrator to ensure they have the necessary permissions to access the correct environment.
