What’s happening?
The "Move Mouse to Image" functionality is not working in unattended mode.

Reason:
This arises when the screen resolution settings of the device running the unattended mode do not match the expected resolution for the "Move Mouse to Image" action.

Resolution:

  1. Change the target machine's screen resolution to match the server's screen resolution.
  2. Use UI actions to resolve the issue, rather than image recognition ones.
  3. If issues persist, you can also configure an error handling behavior.
For further troubleshooting, ensure that the desktop flow is triggered from the cloud in attended mode to verify if it works correctly. If it does, check the screen resolution in unattended mode using the 'get screen resolution' action in Power Automate Desktop or configure it to take a screenshot during runtime to check the resolution on that image.
You may also adjust the preferred screen resolution in the desktop flow properties through the console of Power Automate for desktop, from version 2.57 and on.
