What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with loading data into Power Apps from SharePoint lists while being unable to access the SharePoint site where the base data is stored.
Reason:
This is identified as a design limitation that prevents the loading of multiple entities' data into the Power App.
Resolution:
- Confirmed the design limitation with the customer and discussed various methods to resolve this.
- The customer was informed and consented to archive the ticket due to the design limitation.
- For cases involving multiple entities, ensure that the customer is aware of the design constraints and provide necessary explanations regarding the limitations of the application.
